Fountain

* The delightful geyser-like fountain in the center of the lake in Westlake Park has not functioned in months. This simple fountain is one of the very few grace notes left in this soul-scarred town.

Has the city of Los Angeles not one plumber or electrician left who has the skill to remedy this sad affair?
