Car Bomb Kills 3 at German Embassy

A car bomb exploded in front of the German Embassy in Sana, the capital of Yemen, killing three people, witnesses said. No one in the embassy was injured, a diplomat said. The victims were not identified. An Interior Ministry source was quoted in news reports as saying preliminary information indicates that the target was not the embassy but a prominent political figure, Sheik Mohammed Shajeh, whose house is next door.
