CLEVELAND — President Clinton will meet at the White House next Friday with Germany’s chancellor-elect, Gerhard Schroeder, aides said Friday. The Social Democratic leader won election last Sunday, defeating Chancellor Helmut Kohl and returning the left to power for the first time in 16 years.
