Events to Target Domestic Violence

Share

A series of events will be held across Ventura County this month to tackle the problem of domestic violence.

Domestic violence is an important subject, said Pam Klieman, a victim service specialist with the county’s two military bases. “And many times it’s swished under the carpet, and people suffer and children suffer,” Klieman said. “We want to get the word out that there’s help available.”

The events are being offered through the Ventura County Domestic Violence & Prevention Committee.
