Smartflex Makes Logical Acquisition

Tustin-based Smartflex Systems Inc. said Thursday it has purchased Logical Services Inc. of Santa Clara for $2.3 million in cash.

Logical, a privately held electronic engineering, design and development company with annual revenue of $3 million, becomes a subsidiary of Smartflex but will retain its name.

Smartflex provides electronics manufacturing services.
