ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Smartflex Systems Inc.: The Tustin electronics manufacturing services company said net income for the third quarter totaled $134,000, or 2 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $5.4 million, or 85 cents a share, a year ago. That loss included a pretax restructuring charge of $6.5 million. Revenue declined 27% to $20.5 million from $28 million.
