This being Orange County, things tend to be a little more expensive. So the “Five Bucks and a Blanket Tour,” which elsewhere charges admission of $5, plus a blanket to be donated to a local homeless shelter, will cost 8 bucks and a blanket when it stops Tuesday at Chain Reaction in Anaheim.

The tour features a troika of ska-influenced bands: Five Iron Frenzy, Mad Caddies and the Ws. Also playing is Codename: Rocky. Those who arrive blanketless pay $10. 7 p.m. 1652 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim. (714) 635-6057.

Former KROQ disc jockey the Poorman has moved his “Anti-Radio” show, devoted exclusively to music from unsigned or independent-label acts, to a new station. Launched in June as a three-hour weekday program on KPLS (AM 830), it now airs weekdays from 5-6 p.m. on KORG (AM 1190). Performers who want a shot at having their work played on Anti-Radio can send recordings to Poorman at 177 Riverside Ave., Newport Beach, CA 92663 or call (949) 722-8785.
