WorkGroup Resources Names President/CEO

The board of directors of WorkGroup Resources in Ventura has elected Scott F. Coady as president and chief executive officer.

Coady is chief designer of WorkGroup’s two newest organizational programs--Working Well, a program to help hospital professionals develop skills in management, leadership and teaming; and SpringTree, a leadership and team development program for organizations.

Coady joined the consulting firm in 1988 and became an officer and stockholder in 1992.

Richard LeKander will continue to lead development of the firm’s business coaching methodologies and business coaching certification. LeKander founded WorkGroup in 1985, has been president and CEO since 1988 and will remain chairman of the board.
