* San Francisco-based CNet Inc. reported third-quarter net income of $3.7 million, or 21 cents per share, on revenue of $1.8 million, contrasted with a loss of $6.2 million, or 45 cents, on revenue of $1.8 million a year ago. The results include $3.1 million in losses and other charges.
