Associated Press
JERUSALEM —
Palestinian security forces arrested two Palestinian suspects Tuesday in the killing Monday of a Jewish settler in the West Bank.
Settlers set up a memorial Tuesday in Hebron where the body of Danny Vargas, 29, was dumped. It was inscribed: “Avenge the blood.”
At another funeral Tuesday, about 3,000 people buried an elderly Palestinian who was bludgeoned to death Monday near a West Bank Jewish settlement, apparently by an Israeli extremist.
