Pastor to Lead Traditional Service

* Pastor Chuck Laird of Santa Paula’s First Presbyterian Church will deliver a traditional service at 9:30 a.m. Sunday on the sacrament of the Lord’s supper. Snacks and drinks will be served in the courtyard after the service.

At 11 a.m., the contemporary service will begin.

Other church activities include a prayer group that meets at the church Fridays at 10 a.m.

On Wednesdays, Laird conducts “Christianity 101” from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

In addition, donors are being sought to prepare shoe boxes for the Operation Christmas Child shoe box program. Dedication of the shoe boxes will be Nov. 15.

Child care is available during worship and for all church activities.
