Share

A decade-long battle between Los Angeles businessman Harry Shuster and Irvine Co. that might have led to the demolition of a water park and amphitheater was settled out of court. Shuster agreed to settle lawsuits he filed against the company over a 29-year lease on land that was once home to the now-defunct Lion Country Safari and is now the site of the Wild Rivers water park and Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre. Terms of the settlement were to remain confidential, according to a statement by the parties.
