Bergen Brunswig Adds Consulting Company

Bergen Brunswig Corp. said it has acquired Lash Group, a consulting firm specializing in health care reimbursements. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Bergen Brunswig, a major drug wholesaler based in Orange, said Lash Group, which has offices in Washington, D.C., Richmond, Va., and Charlotte, N.C., will operate as a separate unit within Integrated Commercialization Solutions, a division of Bergen Brunswig Specialty Co.
