Court OKs March for Black Youths

A U.S. appeals court in New York City gave the go-ahead for a march expected to draw tens of thousands of black youths, including gang members, to the city this weekend but limited it in time and place. The court agreed with a lower court’s ruling that New York had wrongfully denied a permit for the controversial Million Youth March, whose chief organizer is a dismissed official of the Nation of Islam.
