Clinton Frees Funds for Hurricane Areas
President Clinton declared major disaster areas in Virginia, South Carolina and Florida as a result of Hurricanes Bonnie and Earl. And in Florida, federal aid will flow to residents in Bay, Dixie, Franklin, Gulf and Wakulla counties, which were hit Thursday by Earl.
