Argent Capital Buys Las Vegas Mortgage Lender

Argent Capital Corp. said it has acquired Sullivan & Mock, a Las Vegas mortgage company that generates $2 million to $3 million in new mortgage loans monthly. Financial terms were not disclosed. All the current employees of the company have been retained.

Argent Capital, headquartered in Huntington Beach, was created in February when Sunport Medical Corp. merged with the newly formed Argent, which immediately acquired Clearview Capital Corp., a California-based mortgage banking company.

Argent provides mortgage services and financial services, including financial planning products and insurance.
