HomeLife Buys Firm

HomeLife Inc., a Newport Beach-based provider of real estate and mortgage financing services, said it acquired the Aspen, Benson & May LLC investment banking firm for an undisclosed amount of stock.

Launched in 1995, HomeLife has more than 200 offices and about 3,000 licensed agents nationwide. The company operates under the names of Red Carpet Real Estate, National Real Estate, Network Real Estate, MaxAmerica Financial, as well as, HomeLife Realty Services.
