Golf Event to Benefit Brain-Injured Kids

Golfers will tee off at the 12th annual Help for Brain Injured Children Scott Simpson Pro-Am Golf Classic on Monday.
Proceeds will benefit La Habra’s Cleta Harder Developmental School, which provides services to children with moderate to severe brain injuries.
Registration is $295 per person, and participants can play as an individual or on a two- or four-member team. The price includes golf, cart, custom golf apparel, tee prizes, drinks, lunch, dinner and awards. Each four-member team will be accompanied by a professional from the Golden State Tour.
Registration begins at 8 a.m., and the event starts at 11 a.m. at the Hacienda Golf Club, 718 East Road, La Habra Heights.
