Starbucks Signs 1st Lease at Oxnard Plaza Courtyard

Starbucks has signed the first lease to become a tenant in the recently announced Courtyard at the Financial Plaza in Oxnard.

Owned by Channel Islands Properties with construction management by the Sares-Regis Group, the 12,000-square-foot upscale retail center at the Oxnard Financial Plaza is expected to break ground soon.

Starbucks will open its first Oxnard location with a 1,400-square-foot store in the center. Construction of the Courtyard is expected to be completed next summer.

The Financial Plaza has two high-rise and six low-rise buildings totaling about 550,000 square feet of space with more than 3,500 people working at the complex.
