Newport’s SM&A; Acquires Colorado Firm for Cash

SM&A; Corp., Newport Beach provider of management services, said it acquired Systems Integration Software Inc. in Colorado Springs, Colo., for cash. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. SIS, which has about 30 professional employees, will move to SM&A;’s new facility, also in Colorado Springs.
