Micro General Corp.: The Santa Ana provider of information technology services said it lost $4.8 million, or 81 cents a share, last year, compared with a net loss of $210,000, or 5 cents a share, for 1997. Revenue increased to $34 million from $13.8 million. The 1998 results include the acquisition of ACS Systems Inc.
