Council members recently approved a resolution changing the time of council meetings. Beginning Tuesday, the council will meet at 7 p.m. instead of 7:30. Officials meet the first and third Tuesday of every month. Study sessions will be at 5:30 p.m. on the same days unless otherwise indicated on the council agenda. Information: (714) 993-8231.
