Gardens and gardeners will benefit when the city and Brea Disposal give away up to 64 gallons of compost per household from 9 to 11:30 a.m. April 10 at 695 E. Madison Way. Residents can receive up to two standard-sized trash containers of loose compost, some of which was created from material residents turned in as part of the city’s yard waste program.
