Foreign Investments?

I was heartened to hear that George Lucas has given a generous endowment to the college where he learned his craft (Morning Report, March 27). May I assume that he will also be offering Canadian, British, Australian or (insert current “producer malleable” country) passports to those students who might want to work on one of his movies?
