LAKE FOREST

The Lake Forest Redevelopment Agency will seek approval from the City Council tonight to hire a consultant to develop a master plan for the Regency and Normandale park sites. The agency also will ask for an additional $100,273 to fund future studies, including one that would consider the closure of Regency Lane. The City Council will hold a closed session at 6 p.m. and a public session at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive. Information: (949) 461-3400.
