SAN CLEMENTE
The City Council will hold a public hearing tonight to consider tentative maps for the Talega development. The Planning Commission recently approved plans for the Village Center commercial and residential area with up to 335 homes. The commission also approved plans for a 78-unit subdivision near Avenida Vista Hermosa and Avenida Talega. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 100 Avenida Presidio. Information: (949) 361-8200.
