LAGUNA NIGUEL

The City Council this week voted 4 to 0 to add $48,122 to the budget approved for PBR, the consulting firm hired by the city to prepare the Gateway Specific Plan. The Community Development Department recommended awarding the extra funds to cover the expenses PBR incurred through additional planning meetings and exploring sign options for businesses in the Gateway area.
