Re “Testimony Links Top China Official, Funds for Clinton,” April 4: China’s alleged fund-raising to help reelect President Clinton is nothing new. Don’t these China-bashers know that the United States has been influencing elections of nations throughout the world for years, notably in Latin America and Asia?
