Holter Technologies May Trade on German Exchange

Holter Technologies Holding AG of Calabasas has applied to begin trading its stock on the German Stock Exchange in Berlin and in Frankfort.

Holter is a start-up company involved in environmental technology and products, currently trading on the over-the-counter bulletin board as HOTK.
