ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana designer, developer and manufacturer of specialty lighting and related products posted record results for the fiscal second quarter.

Net income more than tripled to $201,603, or 16 cents a share, from $66,753, or 6 cents a share, a year ago. Sales for the three months ended March 31 rose 16% to $2.9 million from $2.5 million.

The company said demand for products was strong, particularly in the theater market.
