GARDEN GROVE
A large warehouse industrial complex on the southeast corner of Lampson Avenue and Monarch Street will be expanded under a plan approved recently by the City Council. The Fort James Corp. will add 3,860 square feet to its 72,010-square-foot facility. The site is about 6.84 acres and contains two large industrial buildings. The proposed addition will be on the west side, facing Monarch Street, and will include an equipment room and a mezzanine. Information: (714) 741-5120.
