ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Biomerica Inc.: The Newport Beach provider of diagnostic products for early detection of diseases posted a loss of $170,415, or 4 cents a share, for the fiscal third quarter ended Feb. 28, compared with net income of $25,755, or 1 cent a share, a year earlier. Revenue declined 14% to $1.8 million from $2.1 million. The company attributed the revenue decrease to lower foreign sales.
