EMB Will Purchase Residential Mortgage

EMB Corp., the Costa Mesa mortgage company, said it has agreed to purchase Residential Mortgage Corp., a Las Vegas lender that makes more than $2 million in loans a month. Terms were not disclosed.

EMB officials said the purchase should help the company focus on providing online mortgage services.
