Irvine Co. Picks Builders for Northpark

The Irvine Co. said Friday it has selected nine companies to build homes in its new village, Northpark, a 1,600-unit community spread across 275 acres that opens this summer. The builders are: Centex Homes (128 attached homes), Greystone Homes (130 attached homes), Beazer Homes (108 attached homes), Standard Pacific (81 single-family homes), Lennar Homes of California (88 single-family homes), California Pacific Homes (86 single-family homes), Richmond American Homes of California (52 single-family homes), Taylor Woodrow Homes Inc. (53 single-family homes) and Warmington Homes (71 single-family homes). Each builder will have a unit on display when the models open in July. Estimated home prices will range from about $200,000 to more than $800,000. The village will be located between Portola Parkway, Irvine Boulevard, Culver Drive and Interstate 261 in the city of Irvine.
