Series of Classes Will Be Offered by Church

Christ Reformed Church in Anaheim will hold a six-week series of religion classes for adults beginning Friday.

Biblical scholars from the Westminster Seminary in Escondido will teach the course. Subjects include the Psalms, the apocalypse, John Calvin and American paganism.

The course seeks “to glorify God by teaching people to love God with both their hearts and minds,” said senior pastor Kim Riddlebarger.

The classes, which will begin at 7 p.m. on the six Fridays, cost $10 a lecture, or $75 a couple for the entire course. Registration will be at 6:15 p.m. before the first class. The church is at 900 S. Sunkist St. Information: (714) 538-1057.
