Civilian Killed in U.S. Navy Exercise

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico —
The U.S. Navy on Tuesday began investigating what went wrong when two jets on a Kosovo training mission accidentally launched 500-pound bombs that killed a civilian security guard on the Puerto Rican island of Vieques.
Angry residents gathered outside Vieques City Hall on Tuesday. “Get the Navy out!” they yelled.
