I-Flow Corp.: The Lake Forest medical products company reported net income for the first quarter of $558,000, or 4 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $148,000, or 1 cent a share, for last year’s first quarter. Revenue increased to $6.2 million from $4.1 million.
