Rainbow Technologies Inc.: The Irvine provider of computer, satellite and telecommunications security products said net income for the first quarter totaled $1.3 million, or 10 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $619,000, or 5 cents a share, for the prior-year period. Revenue was up 4% to $26.1 million from $25 million.
