The Parks and Recreation Department will offer “Snails and Puppy Tails,” featuring hands-on activities, stories and songs for children ages 2 to 5, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Fridays, April 30 through May 21, at City Hall, 25201 Paseo de Alicia.
