Woman Tied Up, Robbed by 2 Men

THOUSAND OAKS — Two men are being sought in connection with a home-invasion robbery Friday in which a 29-year-old woman was tied up with a telephone cord, gagged and robbed, authorities said.
The robbery happened about 1:30 p.m. at an apartment in the 800 block of Warwick Drive, Deputy Harold Hanley said. The robbers stole jewelry, cash and a video camera.
The victim freed herself and call her husband, who returned home immediately and called deputies. The woman was not injured, Hanley said.
The men, one of whom was armed with a handgun, knocked on the woman’s door and allegedly asked to buy drugs, Capt. Arve Wells said. The woman tried to close the door, but they forced their way inside.
One suspect was described as a Latino man with a mustache, about 32 years old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 130 pounds. He was wearing dark pants and a jacket, a fluorescent shirt and a dark-blue baseball cap.
The other suspect was described as a Latino man, about 27 years hold, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, with a black T-shirt.
