FOUNTAIN VALLEY
Residents are invited to an open house for the Fountain Valley-based Orange County Water District, 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The free event will feature behind-the-scenes tours of Water Factory 21 and information on where the county’s water supply comes from and what the future holds for the water supply.
