Wrapping Up Breakfast

Arrosto’s breakfast burrito is a handy package to pick up on the way to work. It’s filled with eggs and as many of the following as you would like: tomato, green and red bell peppers, mushrooms, green onions, red onions and cheese. The vegetables are sauteed, then the eggs are stirred in and the mixture is wrapped in a flour tortilla and packed along with a little container of salsa.
