CYPRESS
The City Council on Monday previewed celebration plans for the completion of the $4-million Lincoln Avenue redevelopment project. The celebration, which will take place on the weekend of July 24, will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony by a clock tower that will be built near the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Walker Street.
