The Santa Ana provider of audio and voice technology solutions posted a first-quarter net loss of $1.5 million, or 13 cents a share. The net loss for the first quarter a year ago was $18.2 million, or $1.68 a share, which included $18.5 million in charges related to acquisitions completed during the first quarter of 1998. Revenue increased 8% to $7.7 million, from $7.1 million.
