The Santa Ana semiconductor company said second-quarter net income declined 41% to $2 million, or 18 cents a share, from $3.4 million, or 29 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended April 4 dropped 4% to $39.5 million, from $41.2 million.
