CYPRESS
The City Council this week unanimously approved a $4.8-million capital-improvement plan for the 1999-2000 fiscal year. The bulk of the improvement funds will go toward infrastructure maintenance, Mayor Tim Keenan said. The council will have the chance to review the plan when it formally adopts the city’s budget in July.
