Standard Pacific Homes Names Vice President of O.C. Operations

* Clinton Fullen II has joined Standard Pacific Homes in the new position of vice president of operations for the Orange County division in Costa Mesa. Fullen was formerly a principal with Hiram-Hill Development Co. in Newport Beach, vice president of operations at Costain Homes and vice president of construction with Premier Homes.

* Michael Meyer, the former managing partner of E&Y; Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in Newport Beach, has been elected to the board of directors of Beverly Hills-based City National Corp. and its principal subsidiary, City National Bank. Meyer, who retired last year, was inducted last month into the California Building Industry Hall of Fame, one of the few nonbuilders so honored. City National Corp. has $6.3 billion in total assets.

* Kathleen Flood has been appointed vice president, public relations for the Roxburgh Agency, a Costa Mesa advertising and public relations agency. She was previously vice president, public relations for Nelson & Gilmore in Redondo Beach.

* John Morgan has joined Interplay Entertainment Corp. as corporate technology director. He was most recently director of development at GT Interactive. David Sullivan was named lead programmer for PlayStation 2 console technology. He was formerly lead programmer and technical director for Electronic Arts.

* Cynthia Pritchard has been named catering sales manager for the Waterfront Hilton Beach Resort in Huntington Beach. She joined the hotel from the Sagamore in Bolton Landing, N.Y., where she was catering manager/sales.

* Ronald J. Brown has been named a principal of Heidrick & Struggles in the Irvine office. He is a member of the international technology practice. Brown joined the Vienna, Va., technology office of Heidrick & Struggles in 1996 and moved to Southern California in 1998.

* Charles Karp has been elected president of the Jewish Federation of Orange County, an organizing body and fund-raising arm of the Jewish community. He is managing director of CDK Capital Holdings.

* David L. Stone has been named manager of business development for Wazzu Corp. in Fountain Valley, a provider of Internet services for small businesses. He was previously a member of the technology team at City National Bank and was a partner with Pacific Telecom, managing two retail locations.
