Techno-Ketchup

Punch up the flavor on your grilled burgers and hot dogs with these ketchups or use them as dips for hors d’oeuvres--or even for marinating meat or fish. The ketchups (which come in ginger, cranberry, roasted red pepper and roasted garlic varieties) pack a lot of flavor, but they have only about 15 calories per tablespoon; they’re low in sugar too.
