The Orange-based holding company for the BYL Bank Group said that net income for the second quarter totaled $682,000, or 27 cents a share, 3% higher than the $663,000, or 25 cents a share, a year ago. Financial information for the second quarter of 1998 has been restated for the acquisition of DNB Financial on May 29. Total assets grew 29% to $340.4 million.
