LAGUNA NIGUEL
A land addition to the La Paz Park project likely will be found to conform with the city’s General Plan at the Planning Commission meeting tonight. Following commission approval, the City Council will decide whether to accept the land.
The city is in the middle of a deal with the county to transfer a portion of county-owned Laguna Niguel Regional Park to the La Paz Park to make room for two new city ball fields, said Dan Fox, the city’s planning manager.
